Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as opened or damaged products, may not be eligible for return. Additionally, items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchange Policy
